Chrysanthemum

This digital illustration is for my book 'We Don't Live Here'. Chrysanthemum is siblings with Pippin (whose portrait is also uploaded on here)- both are children of Professor and Arrow who are painted on the front cover of my book which is also published on here!

Chrysanthemum is a Black Magic species who lost her eyes after a hate crime. The injuries to her face and head caused her to experience heavy head aches and hallucinations... But these hallucinations are visions of the future and all the possible outcomes that can happen to her family- depending on what they're doing in the situation that's triggered her visions. She hates this and doesn't like being 'used' due to it, so she spends most of her life withdrawn on her canal boat in the middle of nowhere. She ran away from everyone due to her not being able to cope with her cursed ability.
